2nd Annual Latin American Trade Gala

The 2nd annual Latin American Trade gala supported of University of South Florida Muma Business School.  And raised $10k. We were honored to have the Under Secretary of Commerce Frank Sanchez for our 2015 event and this year we are honored to have national iconic leader in economics, trade and banking policies, Mr. Alex Sanchez, Chairman and CEO of the Florida Bankers Association speaking on South America’s investments in South Florida.

Mr. Alex Sanchez: Mr. Alex Sanchez is one of the nations leading banking economist. Mr. Sanchez is the President and CEO of the Florida Bankers Association (“The FBA”). The FBA, founded in 1888, represents most banks in Florida. Mr. Sanchez is the first Hispanic to become President and CEO of the FBA. He has advocated and represented Florida’s banking industry before all federal and State legislative and regulatory bodies. In 2002, President George W. Bush nominated Mr. Sanchez to serve as one of the three Presidential appointees on the five people Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, of which he served for over 9 years. Mr. Sanchez has spoken at all national networks, business outlets, and international conferences. Mr. Sanchez iconic presence in the national economic world will be greatly welcomed at our gala.
